another Traditional Food of Magelang "TAPE KETAN"

"Tape Ketan" Is a traditional food made by sticky rice, it is mixed from yeast and sticky rice , no adding sugar and will be saved overnight , it's about 3 days... the taste of Tape ketan is very sweet without sugar... it makes our body warm, even in BALI island, tape ketan will be processing to be a drink as a wine, its called arak (arrack) ....... Tape ketan is very famous in magelang, Especially in Sub-district Muntilan, a smallest city the part of Magelang. many people love the taste very much... how about you?? :)
